2-Year Warranty

Support for the sessions ahead.

Add an optional 2-Year Warranty to your RallyLens headset. It covers faults that develop during normal use for 24 months from the date your headset is delivered.

What is included?

• Coverage for one RallyLens headset per warranty purchased.
• A replacement headset at no extra charge when a covered fault is confirmed.
• Help from the RallyLens support team with your warranty request.

One warranty per headset

Purchase this add-on with your RallyLens. If you order more than one headset, select a warranty for each one you want covered. The 24-month period starts on delivery; it is not an additional two years after another warranty ends.

How to request support

Email rallylens@support.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video if possible. Our team will review the issue and arrange the next steps.

This warranty covers product faults during normal use. It is separate from shipping protection and does not cover a lost or stolen headset. Your existing rights under consumer law remain unchanged.
